Twist-in brushes from WASAG are used when “standard brushes” cannot do the job at all or only inadequately. We will be happy to take on your individual task and make you a proposal for the design of the functional brush. A large number of variations and variants are available.
Almost infinite possibilities
Our production facilities allow almost unlimited possibilities for the design of twist-in brushes. Total lengths from a few centimetres to several meters can be achieved effortlessly. The following materials are available:
– Twist-in wires in stainless steel or galvanized version
– Trimming materials: synthetic fibers, natural fibers
– Diameter range: ø 0.9 mm … ø 200 mm
Simple design
Various head end designs are available. We manufacture the simple version as a standard variant.
Blunt eyelet
We offer the blunt eyelet as an option to the simple version. It is possible to install the fill right up to the tip of the brush. The bent wire end also has no sharp edges and is therefore ideally suited to avoid scratching sensitive surfaces.
Brush head with fan
We also offer the fan as a further option. In this variant, the trim forms the tip of the brush. This design reduces the contact between the front of the twist-in wire and the surface of the object to be cleaned.
Handle
Of course, we also offer different versions of the other end of the brush. Small eyelet, large eyelet, grip eyelet, straight end. Let us know what you have in mind – we are sure that we will find a suitable variant.
